And Who Says Shopping Isn't Dangerous?
I ran across this article. I keep telling Speedbump that shopping is dangerous and now I have an article that happened here in Texas to prove my point :biggrin.
And on this article, it is hard to tell if it is yet another "stupid convict" story or just plain smart move!!! :lol
Yet on a sadder note:
I've been following this story. I've just got one question why do all the crazy mother's live in Texas???? *shut up from the yells in the cheap seats!!* The main reason I'm following this story so closely is because they really can't figure out what happened to these poor babies, yet, they say it was the mother who killed them. Regardless, it is just a sad sad story, no matter how it happened!!!
Well our life is still boring as ever so I stuck with my ever so faithful Interesting Headlines to help me out in a post before heading off to sleepless wonderland!!!
I'll end with this question ~ does anyone out there know how I can help treat my Bruno baby *aka black lab* with his fire ant bites? The poor baby has one leg that he is just miserable with to include between his toes *pout*. Thanks in advance if you have any workable advise :biggrin.
SMILE AND THE WORLD SMILES WITH YOU ~ SNORE AND YOU SLEEP ALONE!!!

You oil him down with baby oil to make him comfy and then kidk Speedbump outta the bed and give Bruno his side and let him stay there for a few days until he's all better. (Sorry, Speedbump, but you gotta love the pets!)
Posted by: patti at September 30, 2003 10:59 PM... hmm, maybe the sun is a bit too hot in Texas, or too much oil fumes? something makes people a bit bizarre down there? .... but then there is a large part of the population (like you?) that is sane and decent, and do take care of their families. Who knows why??? a rhetorical question it seems.
I like pattis' suggestion for the doggie care. Good luck!
This one's for you Bruno....
Wash him down good with soap and water... and put a topical ointment (hydrocortizone cream) on the bites. If itching or swelling... you may want to give oral Benedryl as well...
You may can get a cortizone spray from Walmart or a feed store.... if it is widespread over him.
